Please join us for our first Leadership Series of 2021 with Matt & Molly Reynolds, founders of Celestial Beerworks. Matt & Molly will share their experience launching their first business while starting a family. Beer included. Bio below:

After graduating from UNT in 2011, Matt Reynolds began his career in mechanical engineering in DFW. Outside of his day job, Matt had begun experimenting with home-brewing. The more he brewed, the more his passion and skills grew prompting him to focus on his hobby full time and pivot away from his career in engineering. In 2015, Matt began brewing for Malai Kitchen, where he was able to successfully grow Malai's brewing offerings as they expanded locations. In 2016, Matt was recognized by Zagat as one of Dallas's next culinary superstars as his beers at Malai Kitchen continued to gain recognition within the DFW beer scene. This led to Matt and Molly (a teacher at the time) diving in head first to start their own small business, Celestial Beerworks. Matt and Molly had many personal and business challenges prior to opening their doors including having 2 children within 15 months while still working full-time jobs. Shortly after opening in 2018, four of their beers quickly landed in the top 15 beers in DFW on Untappd, a great indicator of success with their product. The taproom is located in the growing medical district area and is an experience of art, science, and delicious fresh beer.
